About Leveraged Weekly

Leveraged Weekly is a free, independent website for following the cryptocurrency market. It shows live prices, market capitalization, trading volume and seven-day price history for the 100 largest cryptocurrencies, along with a page for each coin and a set of guides that explain what the numbers mean.

The site is built for people who want a clear, fast view of the market without signing up for anything. There are no accounts: your watchlist, language and currency preferences are stored in your own browser.

Where our data comes from

Market data — prices, market caps, volumes, supply figures, price history and coin logos — comes from the public API of CoinGecko, an independent cryptocurrency data aggregator that combines trading data from many exchanges.

• Prices in your browser refresh every 30 seconds. Server-rendered pages are cached for up to two minutes.
• Coin descriptions on individual coin pages are provided by CoinGecko and labelled as such.
• The “market snapshot” on each coin page is written automatically from the live figures on that page; it contains no forecasts or opinions.
• Rankings are by market capitalization only. No project can pay to change its position or appear in the table.

Like any public data feed, our data can occasionally be delayed or incomplete. When the feed is unavailable, the site says so and keeps showing the last prices it received. If you spot an error, please let us know.

Our editorial principles

• We explain; we do not predict. Our guides describe how market metrics work and where they mislead. They do not forecast prices or tell you what to buy or sell.
• We show our sources. Data comes from CoinGecko, and factual claims in our guides describe well-documented events.
• We keep guides current. Each guide shows the date it was last reviewed, and we correct errors when they are reported.
• We separate advertising from content. The site is supported by advertising. Ads are labelled, and advertisers have no influence over rankings, data or guides.
